Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The products purchased on the website www.letetondevenus.com are handmade in small quantities in our workshop. Each item is produced at the time of the order. Please allow for a production time of up to 2 weeks before shipping.
We ship to all countries worldwide. All orders are sent via Colissimo services. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and take an average of 2 to 4 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
At Le Téton de Vénus, each model is carefully handcrafted to order specifically for you. This conscious production method allows us to avoid waste and produce only what is necessary. Given this made-to-order manufacturing, our return and exchange conditions are as follows:
Size Exchange If the size of your piece does not fit, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Deadline: The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Item Condition: The garment must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, without stains or odors, and with its tags).
Return Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning the item to us are the responsibility of the customer.
Reshipping:
Once the item is received and verified, we will craft your new size. The shipping costs for this second package are on us.
Exchange Procedure To initiate an exchange, please contact us at the following address: letetondevenus@gmail.com. Please specify in your message:
Your order number. The model concerned. The new size desired. We will then provide you with the postal address for returning your package. We advise using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible in the event of a package lost by postal services.
Refunds As each item is cut and sewn to order, we do not issue any refunds, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part during preparation. If this is the case, please follow this procedure:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at letetondevenus@gmail.com. Attach photos of the observed defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return costs and proceed with the repair or replacement of your item at our expense.
